Nimes Can Push Lyon in Tight Friday Night Game

The French Ligue 1 returns to action on Friday night with one game where Lyon host Nimes. The home side are expected to be towards the top of the league, but with just two wins from their last six games they are currently underperforming. Manchester City Can Ease to Comfortable Victory Over Lyon

Manchester City begin their Champions League campaign on Wednesday with what should be a relatively easy home game against Lyon. City have been given a comfortable draw in the group stages, with the French side joining Hoffenheim from Germany and Shakhtar Donetsk from the Ukraine. Something that City will certainly be targeting is maximum points from their home games and that will more than likely be enough to see them through.
